When you make a report about a possible act of corruption, you contribute to the fight against a problem that afflicts society, to the construction of information and statistics that allow it to be prevented, to the strengthening of the strategies of the Corporate Government of GREMCA S.A., to promote transparency and a robust anti-corruption policy for the benefit of society.
The confidentiality and anonymity of the whistleblower will be treated in accordance with the provisions of Law 1581 of 2012 and the stipulations of the Transparency and Business Ethics Program (PTEE).
This means that, when reporting an act of corruption, the whistleblower will maintain their anonymity and the information provided will be treated confidentially.
